Enter your request through the GNP portal or App "Soy Cliente GNP"
- Notice of accident/illness
- Medical information (English / Spanish)
- Indicate the hospital where you wish to receive care
Don’t forget to check the checkbox for attention abroad when scheduling on the GNP portal or App.

Waiting for Notification
- You will receive your valid overseas authorization letter (VOB, or Verification of Benefits)

Hospital Admission
- Report to the emergency room and show your credential and your authorization letter
