Present your credential at the entrance and download your application “Soy Cliente GNP”

On the back of your credential, you can locate your representative and direct phone number.

The patient must complete a form for the hospital to register him/her as an insured patient and not as a self pay.

The hospital will ask you for official identification and contact information.

You will receive the necessary medical care.

Your doctor will discharge you from the hospital and you can leave.
